Because these jewelry pieces are custom made to the needs and requests of each customer, I cannot issue refunds or accept any returns. However, in the case of any issues with your order, please let me know right away and I will do everything in my power to make it right. My number one priority is to make sure you are happy with your jewelry. If a replacement item is decided upon between the customer and myself, then the original item will need to be returned to Fallen Whiskers before the replacement process begins.

The inclusions in my pieces are set with high quality jeweler grade resin. Resin is water resistant but is not waterproof. I do not recommend wearing them while showering, in chlorinated pools or salt water. Do not expose them to chemicals such as cleaning supplies, harsh soaps. lotions and hand sanitizer. Please remove your jewelry before coming in contact with any of these things.

Remove your pieces before exercising and going to bed to avoid damaging them. 

Please be aware that all resin has the tendency to yellow over time. Please be advised of this and know that prolonged direct sunlight, UV lights and cigarette smoke could speed this process. 

Sterling silver, gold, gold filled and brass all have a tendency to oxidize overtime. A jewelry polishing cloth can be used to keep your pieces clean and shiny and to remove any tarnish. Please store your pieces in a cool dry place within an enclosed jewelry box when not being worn. An anti-tarnish paper can also be included - available on amazon :)

YES! I can ship internationally. A custom order link will have to be created so please reach out to me if you are outside of the United States and would like to order. Please note, you may be charged extra customs or duty taxes when the package arrives in your country, in addition to any shipping charges you pay. These taxes require payment before you can pick up your package from your local post office. I have no way of knowing if these extra charges will be incurred, as it varies by country. 

Once an order is placed you will receive an email with information on how and where to send your precious items to be included in your jewelry piece.

For mailing cremains - the package must be sent priority mail and the postal service requires the "Cremation Remains" label to be on the package. I offer a pre-paid shipping service (Domestic shipping) for cremains. Feel free to reach out for information around that. 

Yes. Each listing includes you sending me your whiskers. Fur and ash inclusions are available as add ons. If you have something you would like included in your piece that is not listed as an add on, please reach out to ensure it can be included.  

If you are ordering a piece that includes ashes, I offer a pre-paid shipping service for you to send the ashes safely to me. It includes a container to put your ashes in, a pre-paid priority mail express shipping label and packaging that includes the required "Cremated Remains" label from the USPS. The service is $10 plus the prepaid shipping label cost. You can select this option at checkout and an additional shipping cost invoice will be sent for the shipping label cost. Priority Mail Express shipping starts at $26.85 per the USPS website as of 4/4/2024. Please note - this changes as postal costs change and by your shipping location.

Yes. I can include whiskers and other inclusions from multiple animals in a single piece. Please note - the setting must be the right size to hold multiple inclusions. Please reach out to me if you’re not sure which setting size to order to hold all of your inclusions.
