All Fallen Whiskers LLC jewelry is handcrafted using 925 sterling silver, jewelry-grade resin, and other metals and materials. Due to the handmade nature of my work, each piece is unique and may contain slight variations in color, texture, shape, inclusion placement, and overall appearance. These variations are a natural part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

Many of my pieces contain memorial or custom inclusions such as pet whiskers, fur, hair, feathers, ashes, flowers, or other meaningful keepsakes. Please note that every inclusion is unique and behaves differently when preserved in resin. Some inclusions may appear more visible than others depending on their natural color, texture, thickness, and translucency. For example, white or light-colored whiskers and fur often become partially translucent when set in resin and may appear more subtle than they do before preservation. Inclusion placement may also shift slightly during the curing process. These natural variations are not considered defects and contribute to the individuality of each piece.

Product photographs are intended to represent the design and style of the jewelry. Due to the handmade process, natural variation of inclusions, lighting, screen settings, and photography, your finished piece may vary slightly from the images shown.

Custom and personalized items are created specifically for you and are therefore non-refundable and non-returnable except in cases of verified workmanship defects.

Jewelry is intended to be worn and enjoyed; however, normal wear and aging should be expected over time. It is the responsibility of the wearer to properly care for and inspect jewelry before use. Care instructions are included with every order and should be followed to help preserve the appearance and longevity of your piece.

Jewelry-grade resin is highly durable but is not indestructible. Excessive force, impact, dropping, bending, improper storage, or exposure to extreme temperatures may result in damage to the resin, inclusions, settings, or metal components. Refunds, replacements, or exchanges will not be provided for damage resulting from improper wear, care, storage, handling, accidents, or normal aging of the jewelry.

Sterling silver naturally tarnishes over time, and plated or oxidized finishes will gradually wear with use. Tarnishing, oxidation, discoloration, and plating wear are normal characteristics of jewelry and may occur at different rates depending on individual skin chemistry, environmental conditions, wear habits, and exposure to water, lotions, perfumes, cosmetics, household chemicals, swimming pools, hot tubs, salt water, or other substances. These conditions are not considered manufacturing defects and are not eligible for refund, replacement, or exchange.

While I use a high-quality jeweler-grade resin formulated for long-term clarity, all resin may naturally yellow or change slightly over time. Factors such as UV exposure, sunlight, smoke, environmental conditions, chemicals, cosmetics, and general wear may affect the appearance of resin throughout its lifetime. Proper care will help maximize the longevity and appearance of your jewelry, but no resin can be guaranteed to remain completely unchanged forever.

Minor imperfections such as small bubbles, pits, surface variations, or slight differences in texture may occasionally occur during the handmade process. These characteristics do not affect the wearability or functionality of the jewelry and are not considered defects.

The following conditions are considered normal wear and are not eligible for refund, replacement, or exchange:

• Tarnishing, oxidation, or discoloration of metals
• Wear of plated, gold-filled, ruthenium, antique, or oxidized finishes
• Scratches, dents, bends, or general wear from regular use
• Resin yellowing or natural aging over time
• Damage caused by impact, dropping, improper storage, chemicals, moisture, or neglect
• Natural variations in inclusions, color, texture, visibility, or placement

If a piece experiences chipped or cracked resin, damaged inclusions, loose findings, or setting concerns, please contact me. Repair options may be available depending on the nature and cause of the damage. Repair requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and repair fees, shipping costs, and turnaround times may apply.

In the event of a jewelry setting fault or workmanship issue, I will make every reasonable effort to remedy the situation. Because many pieces contain resin-set inclusions, traditional resizing, soldering, or heat-based repairs may not be possible without risking damage to the inclusion or resin. If a setting is determined to be faulty due to workmanship and not the result of wear, accident, or improper care, repair or replacement options may be offered at my discretion on a case-by-case basis.
