Welcome to Fallen Whiskers. By placing an order through this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Handmade & Custom Nature of My Work

All Fallen Whiskers pieces are handcrafted and made to order. Due to the handmade nature of my work, slight variations in color, shape, placement and appearance may occur. Small imperfections that do not affect the integrity of the piece are considered part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

Each piece is unique and will not be an exact replica of any sample photograph shown on this website.

Inclusion Materials

Customers are responsible for providing inclusion materials such as pet fur, whiskers, ashes or other approved keepsakes. Whiskers must be naturally shed or taken once an animal has gained their angel wings. NEVER EVER cut, pull or pluck whiskers from a live animal. 

By submitting inclusion materials, you confirm that you have the legal right to possess and provide those materials for use in the creation of your jewelry or keepsake.

Care of Inclusion Materials

I understand that the materials sent to me are often irreplaceable and deeply meaningful. I handle all inclusion materials with great care and respect throughout the creation process.

While I take every reasonable precaution to protect submitted materials, working with memorial and sentimental items carries inherent risks. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

In the unlikely event that inclusion materials are lost, damaged, or rendered unusable due to circumstances beyond my reasonable control, liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the product or service purchased.

Unused Inclusion Materials

Whenever possible, unused inclusion materials will be returned with your completed order upon request.

Due to the creation process, I cannot guarantee that all submitted materials can be returned, and some materials may be consumed during production.

Turnaround Times

Current turnaround times are estimates and begin when I receive your inclusion materials, not when the order is placed.

While I strive to meet estimated completion dates, delays may occur due to order volume, material curing times, supply issues, shipping delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping & Delivery

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

I am not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other events outside my control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent due to an incorrect address.

Order Cancellations

Because each order is custom-made, materials are often ordered and production planning begins shortly after purchase.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact me within 24 hours of placing it. Cancellation requests made after this period may not be approved.

Refunds and cancellations after 24 hours are considered on a case-by-case basis at my sole discretion.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of memorial jewelry and keepsakes, completed custom orders cannot be returned or refunded because of personal preference, minor handmade variations or changes of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue related to workmanship, please contact me within 7 days of delivery so I can review the situation and work toward a reasonable solution.

Product Care

Customers are responsible for following all care instructions provided with their jewelry or keepsake.

Improper care, accidental damage, exposure to harsh chemicals, excessive heat, water damage or normal wear and tear are not covered under any replacement or repair policy.

Photographs & Marketing

I may photograph completed pieces for portfolio, website or social media purposes.

If you prefer that your order not be photographed or shared publicly, please notify me before production begins and I will gladly respect your wishes.

Intellectual Property

All website content, photographs, product descriptions, logos, designs and artwork remain the property of Fallen Whiskers and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without written permission.

Changes to These Terms

I reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and become effective immediately upon publication.
