Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Fallen Whiskers. Every piece is handcrafted with care and created using the precious inclusions you entrust to me. Because each order is custom-made, please review the information below.

Current Turnaround Time

My current turnaround time is approximately 10–12 weeks from the date I receive your inclusion items (such as fur, ashes, whiskers or other inclusion materials).

This timeframe includes the creation, curing, finishing, and quality inspection of your custom piece before shipment.

Please note that turnaround times may fluctuate during periods of high order volume. If any significant delays occur, I will contact you directly.

Sending Your Inclusion Items

You are responsible for shipping your inclusion items to Fallen Whiskers. I recommend using a tracked shipping service whenever possible.

Once your inclusions arrive, I will confirm their receipt and add your order to my production queue.

Shipping Your Finished Order

When your order is complete, it will be carefully packaged and shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Rush Orders & Special Shipping

Rush Order upgrades may be available for select products and are subject to approval based on my current workload.

A Rush Order prioritizes your order within my production schedule but does not guarantee carrier delivery times.

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact me before placing your order.

Delivery Estimates

Once shipped, delivery times are determined by the carrier and may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Please note that shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond my control are not my responsibility.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply before the order can be reshipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, I am not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. However, I will gladly assist in locating shipments and providing information needed to file a carrier claim when applicable.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country.

Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.
