Please note:

• Current turnaround time is approximately 10–12 weeks after your keepsake items are received

• Every piece is handmade to order and will naturally vary slightly from listing photos

• Any unused whiskers will always be safely returned with your completed piece. I only accept naturally shed whiskers or whiskers that were lovingly taken after an animal has gained their angel wings. Never cut, pull or trim whiskers from a live animal.
